When you place an order with Alphajel through our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email for your records. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a separate email with your shipment’s confirmation and tracking number.
Payment and Processing

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
